Ultra Follow Up Health Screening Package

Follow up medical screenings for individuals over 40

After the age of 40, it’s recommended that you get screened every 1-2 years. We understand that proactive patients that get screened regularly won’t need the full Ultra package tests for every checkup. That’s why we’ve designed the Ultra Follow Up.

We have thought about the necessity and convenience for our patients over 40, so we designed a package that reduces the costs of their regular checkups

What does this package cover?

Our Ultra Follow Up package covers most of the tests in the Ultra package. This includes looking at key health indicators; various risk factors for heart disease and cancer; the functionality of vital organs (lungs, liver, kidneys, etc.); and any vitamin or mineral deficiencies.

If you require a more comprehensive health check featuring treadmill and hepatitis tests, please consider taking the Ultra package.

60-min
consultation

Like the Ultra Package, experienced OT&P professional will take time to fully understand your medical history and present lifestyle during the initial 60-minute consultation.

30-min
follow up

When test results are available, you’ll be invited for a 30-minute follow up where you will receive a comprehensive report and a plan of action to maximise health and wellness.

Pre-screening guidelines

Before you visit

  • Abstain from eating or drinking for at least 10 hours before your appointment. Plain water is allowed during this time.
  • Collect a specimen kit for your urine and stool tests at any OT&P screening center before your appointment. (You may also collect a kit on the day of your appointment)
  • For ladies: please keep in mind that the urine, stool and Pap smear tests can only be done 5 days before or after your period.

On the day of your visit

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
  • Wear something comfortable.
  • Do not consume any medication. Regular medications for heart and blood pressure are allowed.
  • Present your identification and insurance documents for registration at the reception.
  • Bring any past medical documents/reports, scans results and medications
  • Wear your spectacles for vision tests. Contact lenses are not allowed.

After your visit

  • Once results are available, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to review your screening results and receive lifestyle and health recommendations.
