葡萄牙國腳C朗拿度2022年九月回歸曼聯,狀態大勇,開季連續數場都為球隊取得入球。根據數年前西班牙媒體報道 ,C朗全身只有7%脂肪;而肌肉卻佔了50%,高於一般球員的46%。究竟他是如何保持身材?有什麼減脂餐是減肥人士值得參考?
要保持如此傲人的體態,除了需要進行體能訓練外,他的飲食習慣也是關鍵之一。2022年6月,C朗出席歐國盃賽前記者會時,曾將枱上兩支贊助飲品可口可樂移走,並舉起清水說了一個「水」字。這個小舉動不但令可口可樂市值蒸發310億港元,亦再度令大眾關注他嚴格控制飲食的形象。
C朗對健康飲食的堅持不只是做做樣子而已。即使C朗收入豐厚,他卻並沒有放肆地享用皇帝級美酒佳餚。根據《每日鏡報》報道,他的前私人大廚巴朗尼形容C朗維持健美身材的秘訣是「靠食沙律(salad),而非靠豐厚薪水(salary)」。所以,不妨看看常見於C朗餐桌的食材:
巴朗尼指,食材以高蛋白質食物為主,並會將糖、碳水化合物及脂肪份量減至最低。這有助增強修復肌肉,減緩年齡老化。而巴朗尼在烹調時,經常會用到椰子油,因為椰子油含有豐富的月桂酸,有助燃燒卡路里和改善膽固醇。
C朗自己亦會嚴格控制飲食,例如:
為了令身形保持一定的肌肉量, C朗不但注重飲食,也會配合高度自律的健身習慣。他曾向媒體透露周末在家中會做的八個健身動作。
雖然看似簡單,但不要小覷這些動作。完成這些動作已可鍛鍊全身肌肉,包括腿部、腹肌、胸部、臀部、下背部,甚至增強體力。C朗也建議人們寫下自己的健身清單,方便檢視進度:
