Guest Relations Officer

Job Specification

• Using the clinic management system to record data and manage appointments for patients
• Liaising with medical staff and outside providers
• Arranging direct billing for patients with insurance companies
• Payment processing
• Daily reconciliation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher
• Candidates with Relevant Experience will be considered first

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to provide highest standards of customer service
• Native English speaker would be an adventage
