Amy is a UK native and has been providing therapeutic services to young people and adults in Hong Kong since 2015. 
 
Amy provides professional, empathic and person-centered counselling for teens, adults & families. Amy is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and adopts an integrative approach drawing on her training in Client-Centered Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). 
 
Amy is especially passionate about creating a space that allows her clients to navigate their thoughts, feelings and vulnerabilities at a pace they are comfortable with. She treats individuals dealing with a wide range of issues from: depression, anxiety and stress to attachment and relationship difficulties.
 
Amy's past experience includes being a director of her own counselling practice in addition to offering clinical supervision and intern training. Amy has also been invited by schools, corporations and local radio to provide talks on parenting and mental health support for young people.
 
Amy is an individual member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA), the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and is a Clinical Member of the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia. PACFA Reg. Clinical 30549.
