本港的新冠確診病例激增,不少人都留在家中抗疫,以減低感染風險。待在家的時間長,擁有一個健康的家居環境變得更加重要。在新冠疫情爆發期間,如何打造健康的家居環境,並養成良好的衛生習慣?
細菌隨處可見,包括日常觸摸的表面和物件。但是,我們可能無法每次觸摸某物件後都洗手。因此,定期清潔表面和物件很重要,例如枱面、門把手、水龍頭和馬桶沖水把手等。清潔和消毒實際上有不同的含義:

某程度上,單是清潔已可以去除表面上的大部分病毒顆粒,毋須定期在家中進行消毒。美國疾病管制與預防中心(CDC)建議,除非家裏有人生病或新冠患者在過去 24 小時內曾在家中逗留,便應該在家進行消毒。
值得注意的是,清潔產品、洗衣粉和沐浴用品等產品中的香精是室內空氣污染物的主要來源。許多人可能沒有意識到,當中的化學物質對健康有破壞性影響。這些化學物質可能是內分泌干擾物,並且與許多健康狀況有關,可能導致哮喘、頭痛和過敏反應,並增加生殖問題和癌症的風險。使用清潔產品時請注意:
